What is the Boma at The Woodlands
The Boma is a facility at The Woodlands, which provides tenants an entertainment facility over looking our Game park. The Boma is a thatched area in the Game park, suitable for entertainment, and year end parties. There are opportunities to make use of braai areas, and also under covered thatch entertainment area. Ablution facilities are provided for.
Music are permitted however not to cause any nuisance during business hours.
Where is it
The Boma is situated in front of building 27, in the game park. The best access to this facility is to park and go though the foyer of building 27 or else park near the gate to the game park adjacent to building 31 and go through the gate.
When I can I Use it
The Boma is available for use at any time, however arrangements to book this facility should be made with the office park management.

No vehicles are allowed in the game park. Should you need to transport beverages/food etc., please arrange this
prior to the function so that we can assist you with the golf cart/Nissan 1400 bakkie.
A refundable deposit equal to the cost of renting the facility is payable when booking the boma. The cost of renting
the boma will include the following:

Use of 3 cantilever umbrellas |

Use of microwave |
| 4. |
Use of fridge/freezer |
| 5. |
Use of oven & stove |

Cleaning of facility (bathrooms and interior of boma, I.e. thatched roof area) before and after function |

Electricity and water consumed during function |
| 8. |
A designated security guard (if requested) at the gate to the Game Park to direct visitors to the boma |
| 9. |
Provision of toiletpaper and hand soap in the bathrooms (depending on amount of people) |
